We are pleased to announce that the next Digital Leaders Conference will take place at Stroud School in Romsey on the 8th of October 2019. This follows an incredibly successful event held in London in Nov 2012, at BETT in January 2013 and at KES in both 2014 and 2015, and more recently at Stroud School in 2016 and 2017 as well as 2018. Have a look at this blog to see the learning that took place at DLKidsmeet. To see what we did in 2014, click here.

WHAT IS IT?
We are inviting groups of Digital Leaders to meet at Stroud School, for a day of learning and sharing. The event will start at 10.00am. During the day there will be presentations from children on their favorite projects of the previous school term OR on something they have seen on the day that they think might be good to try in their school.. After lunch they will head off to undertake challenges in cross school groups, with public outcomes that will have impact in their own institutions and beyond. This event is for older primary school children, as well as secondary digital leader groups.
WHY
Children will learn valuable skills throughout the day, including social and communication skills as they work in teams with students they meet on the day. They will also hear from a number of technology companies and learn about the complexities involved in building a successful technology business.
HOW MANY ATTENDEES?
We would like to invite 10 schools to bring along 5 or 10 representatives supervised by at least one adult. (More children can be brought if required) A total of 75 children and 10 teachers plus any accompanying adults that would like to attend. There is parking onsite, please contact rlw@kes.hants.sch.uk to arrange parking if required.
TIMINGS
We would look to start the day at Stroud School at 10.00am, with a short morning break at 11am and lunch held at 1pm, which is provided by the school and sponsors.
